Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risk
By registering for the Outlaw Blacksmith Shop 5K Run/Walk ("the Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participating in the Event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, uneven terrain, weather, traffic, and the actions of other participants, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I certify that I am physically fit to participate.
I release and forever discharge Outlaw Blacksmith Shop, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and sponsors (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event, including claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if needed, at my expense. I grant permission for photos or video taken of me at the Event to be used for promotional purposes.
If I am registering a minor, I represent that I am their parent or legal guardian and I agree to these terms on the minor's behalf.our text
