ONANCOCK TO OPEN A NEW MUSEUM SOON
"The Samuel Outlaw Blacksmith Shop in Onancock will soon be a museum that is open to the public. In 1927, Samuel Outlaw graduated from a blacksmith apprentice program, moved to Onancock and built a blacksmith shop on Boundary St. For the next 64 years Outlaw served the needs of Eastern Shore farmers, watermen and others. Outlaw retired in 1991 at the ripe old age of 95. Outlaw’s former shop has remained in the family and now is being readied to re-open as one of the last surv
